Schedule an Appointment
This page allows you to schedule an appointment for Netherlands
Visa at your convenience. The appointment is only for submitting your
application. Although there is an obligation from each applicant to submit his
/ her application in person, you may submit your application through a Travel
Agent or Representative
Applications for Diplomatic and Official passports,
Netherlands National Visa [MVV, Aruba and The Netherlands Antilles] will
continue to be submitted at the office of the Consulate General of the Kingdom
of The Netherlands, Forbes Building, First Floor,
Charanjit Rai Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400 001 with prior
appointment through the Netherlands Visa Call Centre on 022-66104112 and
022-66104480 , from 0930-1300 hours and 1400-1730hours,
Monday-Friday.
If required by the Consulate General of The Netherlands, an applicant may have
to attend a Personal Interview with them. This is irrespective of whether they
are a FIRST TIME or FREQUENT TRAVELLER. An applicant will be intimated about
the status of their application or Personal Interview call, if required,
through the regular procedure once you receive your passport.
Personal Interviews with The Netherlands Consulate must be
attended within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the passport and
will be scheduled by the Netherlands Visa Application Centre. The interview
dates will be available to applicants on a First–Come-First-Serve basis.
If you do not attend your Personal Interview within 05 working
days from the receipt of your passport, your application will be considered
closed and you will need to apply afresh.
