New Visa Application Procedure:
Appointments for the submission of visa applications can be taken online at
www.vfs-nl-in.com or by telephoning the Netherlands Visa Call Centre in
Mumbai (phone number: 022 66104112 & 022-66104480). The Internet facility
is available 24x7 while the phone-in facility is available 0930-1300 and
1400-1730 hours Monday-Friday. Applicants are requested to apply at least 03
weeks prior to their date of travel to accommodate all processing formalities.
All Short-stay visa applications are to be submitted at The Netherlands Visa
Application Centre in Mumbai at: Suite No 4, Tulsiani Chambers, Ground Floor,
Nariman Point Mumbai 400021.In Bangalore, we are located at Unit No 103, First
Floor, Sophia’s Choice No 7, St Mark’s Road, Bangalore -560 001.
Applicants for a short term visa who want to submit their application directly
to the Consulate General can call VFS Call Centre on 022-66104112 or
022-66104480 in order to make an appointment.

There is a service charge of Rs. 510/- (inclusive of service tax) applicable
per application over and above the visa fees. For an optional courier return of
your processed application, please request for the same at the time of
submitting your application for a nominal fee. All applicable fees are payable
in cash only at the time of submission of the application at the Netherlands
Visa Application Centre
Processed or updated application status for visa application submitted in the
Mumbai Netherlands Visa Application Centre can be checked from the second
working day onwards only, between 1600-1700 hours. For applications
submitted at our Bangalore Centre, please check your application status from
the third working day after submission between 1530-1630 hours.

www.vfs-nl-in.com Applicants are requested to apply at least 03 weeks

Schengen Information
If required by the Consulate General of The Netherlands, an applicant may have
to attend a Personal Interview with them. This is irrespective of whether they
are a FIRST TIME or FREQUENT TRAVELLER. The applicant will be intimated about
the status of their application or Personal Interview call, if required,
through the regular procedure once you receive your passport.
Personal Interviews with The Netherlands Consulate must be attended within 5
working days from the date of receipt of the passport and will be scheduled by
the Netherlands Visa Application Centre. The interview dates will be available
to applicants on a First–Come-First-Serve basis.
If you do not attend your Personal Interview within 05 working days from the
receipt of your passport, your application will be considered closed and you
will need to apply afresh.
