All applicants applying for Schengen ( Visit, Business, Transit & Seamen Transit) visas are advised to take a prior appointment to submit their application at the VFS Netherlands application centre in New Delhi.

What is a frequent traveler?
A person who has visited to Schengen country twice in last two years or who has visited Schengen country once and holds a valid U.S.A. (with validity of 10 years and more) and/ or U.K. visa (with validity of 5 years and more) or who has visited to Schengen country, not older than 3 years* .

Non-frequent travelers
A person who has never travelled to Schengen country before or who has travelled more than three years ago to Schengen, country *.

*The person has used it in appropriate way (i.e. not overstayed)

NOTE :

Non Frequent travelers may also present their applications through a representative at the VFS application centre.

Frequent travelers may also present their applications through a representative at the VFS application centre.
