If you wish to make an inquiry regarding the short stay visa application process for The Netherlands, please call the VFS Netherlands helpline at 0120-6641050. The helpline functions from 8:00.a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday except holidays.

Alternatively, you may also write in to us at infonorth.nlin@vfshelpline.com. Email queries are responded from Monday to Friday, within two working days of receipt of the e-mail.

Note: Passports received the previous day can be collected between 0800hrs-1200hrs (only) & passports received the same day can be collected from 1300-1600hrs
