ARUBA – Business Visa
(This visa is valid for a stay of up to 30 days.)
Requirements:

  • Individual passport must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. Your passport must have at least ONE BLANK PAGE to affix the visa.
  • One application form with ALL COLUMNS filled in and SIGNED by the applicant.
  • TWO RECENT PHOTOS in the size of 2 inches x 2 inches with white background. The Face should cover 50 percent of the photo area.
  • Invitation letter from the Aruba company in detail / BKV (Bureau Kort Verblijf).
  • Legalized invitation issued by the municipality.
  • Proof that applicant’s company is registered with the Chamber of commerce.
  • Financial proof of the referee i.e. salary certificate
  • Copy of OVERSEAS medical insurance policy with a minimum coverage of € 30.000/-
  • Copy of AIRLINE reservation or PNR (booking printout) / itinerary
Important!

  • There is no legal right to a visa.
  • Incomplete applications can not be processed and will not be accepted for submission.
  • No visa will be issued on additional pages of a passport.
  • Supporting documents from a referee must be included with the application for the visa and must not be sent directly to the Embassy of The Netherlands.
  • All faxes must be photocopied and in A4 size paper.
  • Each application must be supported by a copy of all the requisite documents.
