BUSINESS VISA
(This visa is valid for a stay of up to 30 days.)

Requirements:

Individual passport valid for atleast THREE MONTHS longer than the intended
stay. Your passport must have atleast ONE BLANK PAGE to affix the visa.

One application form with ALL COLUMNS filled in and SIGNED by the Applicant
-
TWO RECENT PHOTOS in the size of 2 inches x 2 inches with white background .The
Face should cover 50 percent of the photo area.

Invitation letter from the Aruba company in detail/ BKV. (Bureau Kort Verblijf)
-
Legalised invitation issued by the Municipality
-
Proof that applicant’s company is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

Financial proof of the referee i.e. salary certificate
-
Copy of OVERSEAS medical insurance policy with a minimum coverage of € 30.000/-
-
Copy of AIRLINE Reservation or PNR (booking printout) / Itinerary
Important!

There is no legal right to a visa.

Incomplete applications can not be processed and will not be accepted for
submission.

No visa will be issued on additional pages of a passport.
-
Supporting documents from a Referee must be included with the application for
the visa and must not be sent directly to the Consulate General
-
All faxes must be photocopied and in A4 size paper
-
Each application must be supported by a copy of all the requisite documents.
